Booking & cancellation

Book: by calling, e-mail or this web-site. Cancel by e-mail. Your internet reservation is absolutely secure. All personal data is encrypted and will be processed in a secure way. We will not charge any reservation fee for the booking, nor charge your credit-card. You will pay when you are there.

E-mail booking: if you have a booking request which can not be satisfied via the internet booking module (extra bed, more persons in an apartment,...), we may help you via e-mail. You should be answered witihin 30 minutes.

Cancellation: if cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
